Allah, Exalted is He, says: ﴾Do they not then reflect upon the Qurʾān, or are there locks upon their hearts?﴿ [Qurʾān 47:24]. Allah has sent down to us a blessed Book as a healing for what is within the hearts. He has made reflecting upon it an obligation and has entrusted us with implementing its rulings as the law and way by which our affairs are governed. Truly fortunate is the one who fulfils the rights of this magnificent Qurʾān and maintains with it an unbroken bond until he meets the Countenance of his Noble Lord.
